The Mohale Boat Services offers exciting Scheduled Boat Trips that operate daily. It is based in the highlands of Lesotho, the home of award winning 145m high dam wall, the ultimate one-stop, culture and adventure destination. It specializes in offering a unique and fun filled experience on water.

Daily scheduled cruises

Special day trips include sunset, sunrise and champagne cruises. Ordinary cruises also taken throughout the day as per bookings and requests. Refreshments served on board while enjoying traditional Sesotho music. Special packages include photographic excursions, conference groups cocktail excursions and eco-cruises.

A two hours, three kilometres tour around the Mohale Dam entails a visit to the dam wall, an exciting high level engineering capability of modern times and a visit to the Thaba- Chitja island.

Scheduled times will change with the season. Customers will have to confirm before departure with our information offices. In addition, customers with special requests for a cruise outside scheduled operating hours can be accommodated where possible.

Orion Mohale Lodge is just 83 km from Maseru and offers comfortable accommodation, restaurant and bars, Pool Braai area, conference rooms, tennis courts and swimming pool.

Rates

Prices are based on a one-hour charter rate with one hour at no charge .

Schools shall be given a special rate of M20.00/pupil per trip.
